Three days. Elite coaching. Real competition. The KSFS Flag Football Academy is where players take their game to the next level — twice a year, every year.
The KSFS Flag Football Academy is an intensive multi-day training event held each spring and fall. It brings together players from across the region for focused skill development, competitive reps, and elite coaching in a structured camp environment.
Unlike a regular practice, the Academy is designed to compress months of development into three high-intensity days. Players leave with sharper skills, new teammates, and a clear picture of where their game needs to grow.

Every session is built around the skills that matter most in competitive flag football.
Footwork, release mechanics, reading defenses, and decision-making under pressure.
Precise route technique, release off the line, hands, and yards after catch.
Coverage techniques, flag-pulling mechanics, zone vs. man concepts, and pursuit angles.
Offensive and defensive schemes, audibles, situational football, and film study.
Speed, agility, change of direction, and sport-specific conditioning.
Live reps against other academy attendees with full coaching staff on the field.

Every Academy follows the same proven three-day format — built to evaluate, develop, and compete.

The Academy is open to all players ages 6–14, regardless of whether they are on a KSFS Travel Team. It is designed for players who want intensive skill development in a focused 3-day environment.
