About KSFS
Built from a passion for the game and a belief that youth sports can shape the next generation of leaders.
Our Mission
Keystone State Future Stars exists to develop young athletes into confident, disciplined, and competitive football players — and more importantly, into people of character who carry those lessons far beyond the field.
We believe every child deserves access to elite coaching, real competition, and a program that takes their development seriously. KSFS was built to fill that gap in Pennsylvania youth flag football.
From our Travel Team to our twice-yearly Academy, everything we do is designed with one question in mind: what does this player need to become the best version of themselves?
Our Values
Excellence
We hold every player, coach, and staff member to the highest standard — on the field and off it.
Character
Football is a vehicle. We use it to build young people who are disciplined, respectful, and resilient.
Community
KSFS is a family. Players, parents, and coaches invest in each other and lift the whole program.
Accountability
We own our effort, our mistakes, and our growth. No excuses — just improvement.
Development
Every rep, every drill, every game is an opportunity to get better. We never stop learning.
Competitive Spirit
We train to win — but we define winning as becoming the best version of yourself.
Coaching Staff
Our coaches are certified, experienced, and deeply invested in every player's growth.

Whether it's the Travel Team, the Academy, or both — there's a place for your player at KSFS.
Volunteer Coach With Us
KSFS is always looking for passionate, knowledgeable coaches to join our staff as volunteers. Whether you have a background in football, athletics, or simply a heart for developing young people — there's a role for you here.
Volunteer coaches work alongside our full-time staff with both the Travel Team and the Football Academy. It's a chance to give back to the game, invest in the next generation, and be part of something bigger than football.
